Hi! Everyone! Jemima Jones Beck here. Poor Mom is really sick. So sick that you might want to back away from your computers a little bit as the germies that she got on the computer while helping me type this may be virulent enough to travel through the Internets and get you, too.In the first picture included here you can see me telling Mom "I love you very much, but this is about as close as I am getting to you while you are sick. Smooches!"
And here is a picture of Mom's new plant defense system (recommended by Goodboy Norman Featherstone). It's a bit medieval looking, but seems to have done the trick. The plants that were stomped and chewed have been replaced by new baby sprouts and the few plants that survived are growing well with their new, sharp, friends.

I hope your mom gets to feeling better. My people were sick a couple weeks ago too, and it was a bummer. I did get lots of cuddles though!
